Global Maximum Educational Opportunities Inc. (G-MEO) & Chengdu American Center for Study Abroad (CAC)
Global Maximum Educational Opportunities Inc. (G-MEO), a social enterprise dedicated to promoting international education, was founded by well-known Chinese American educator Dr. David Chang in 2011. G-MEO provides world-class service in international education through partnerships with accredited educational institutions in the United States and abroad. Partnership, innovation, integrity, and transparency are our operational principles as well as the hallmarks of our spiritual pursuits.
Since the founding of the Company, G-MEO under the leadership of Dr. Chang, collaborating with Chengdu Municipal Government, has established the Chengdu American Center for Study Abroad in 2012. G-MEO also established partnerships with well-reputed universities in Greater China and with over 30 universities in the United States, enabling us to promote our study and intern abroad programs and develop co-branding program opportunities to benefit students from both counties. The Chengdu American Center for Study Abroad, under the auspices of the Chengdu Municipal Government, in collaboration with four US universities and our host institution, Sichuan University, is a project G-MEO takes special pride in. Since the Center opened in Spring 2013, more than 630 U.S. college students from 36 U.S. universities and colleges have studied and/or interned at the Center. The Center has not only been a successful pioneering experiment in Sino-American educational cooperation but has also helped G-MEO develop extensive educational resources both in the United States and China.
