AmCham was Invited to Visit Comprehensive Bonded Zones

April 16th to 17th, 2020, at the invitation of Sichuan Promotion Bureau of Economic Cooperation, AmCham Southwest, along with deputy director Yang Yi and representatives of 7 Sichuan overseas agencies and chambers, Japan External Trade Organization, Korea International Trade Association, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, International Enterprise Singapore, China-Britain Business Council, Netherlands Business Support Office and Fondazione Progetto Italia-Cina visited Chengdu International Railway Port, Luzhou Port and Yibin Port.

Delegation not only visited comprehensive bonded zones, but exchanged with local governments to learn the positioning & planing of those comprehensive bonded zones, current investment policies and logistics capability of the ports, etc.

After two days’ in-depth and comprehensive exploration, representatives showed that they will promote the information they learned, such as industry advantages and investment opportunities to companies they serviced, endeavoring for member companies participation to the construction of those three comprehensive bonded zones.

As one of the largest and most influential foreign chambers in Southwest China, AmCham Southwest expressed its willingness to promote and assistant those cities to extend its cooperation in education and establishing sister cities. Meanwhile, AmCham Southwest is willing to exert existing resources to bridge the relationship between comprehensive bonded zones and enterprises.
